Weddings & Special Events

Music for weddings and special events is at the heart of what I do. Over the past several years, I’ve focused my performing around ceremonies, receptions, and intimate celebrations, learning how to shape the atmosphere in each moment—from the first notes as guests arrive, to the walk down the aisle, to the relaxed conversations over dinner or cocktails. Whether you’re planning a wedding, a proposal, a private party, or a corporate event, I work with you to choose a musical style and repertoire that fit your space and story, and then take care of the details so you can simply listen and enjoy.

The most magical, breathtaking moment of any ceremony is the bride’s walk to the aisle. In those few seconds, the entire room seems to hold its breath: conversation fades, time slows, and all eyes turn to her. The music becomes the invisible thread holding this moment together, shaping its mood and intensity.

Solo cello is made for this. Its warm, singing tone wraps gently around the bride, as if there are only two things in the room: her and the music. The sound is both intimate and powerful—like a swan gliding across still water, or a feather drifting in the air after a soft gust of wind. Cello can make this entrance feel ethereal, elegant, and deeply personal, transforming a beautiful walk into a memory that guests will carry with them long after the day is over.

My Experience

Over the past decade, I’ve built a versatile career performing with leading orchestras and ensembles across Russia and Asia. After completing four years of college and five years of university study in Vladivostok, I worked as a senior cello teacher, guiding students aged 6 to 18 and organizing concerts and events. As an artist and deputy principal cellist of the Far Eastern Academic Symphony Orchestra, I played in numerous symphonic programs and toured in Russia, China, and Korea. I also performed as a quartet cellist at the Lotte Hotel on Jeju Island, South Korea, sharing cello music with international audiences. These experiences shaped me as both a performer and educator, and continue to inform the way I approach every musical collaboration.
